As part of establishing ourselves in Frome in 2022, Terrestrial hosted a weekend festival of family arts adventures in a nearby patch of ancient forest. We partnered with Purple Elephant, a wonderful local charity that supports families around Frome, to specifically invite people who might not usually be able to access wild spaces. And we provided a free bus to transport people out from multiple locations around town.

With the tucked away village hall in East Woodlands as our base, we served up a buffet of creative activities: live music and theatre, guided wildlife walks, photography sessions, ink-making, forest crafts and more. And we served freshly cooked hot meals for lunch and dinner.

How did you feel while you were at the event?
