Pop-Up Winter Cafe

at the Key Centre

Mondays - Fridays in December & January
10.30am - 4.30pm (2.30pm on Fridays)

A warm space for anyone in the community to spend time.

FREE home-cooked meals, snacks, hot drinks, creative activities, games for all ages and always a friendly welcome.

Come and join us this winter at The Key Centre on The Mount.
We’re open every weekday in December and January. Everyone is welcome. You can stay as long as you like and there’s no pressure to spend money.

Food & Drink
We have hot drinks available all day, serve home-cooked lunches and after school snacks. There is no cost for anything (though you can make a donation if you like).

The Space
We’ve got cosy corners for reading and tables for people wanting to work, as well as board games and quizzes for anyone looking to join in something sociable.

Arts Activities
Fancy trying something creative? The Café hosts will set up different arts activities every day – so you can try your hand at anything from still life painting to origami or animation.

Young People
We have a bunch of toys for pre-school kids during the day. Once school ends at 3.15, the space is filled with games and arts activities for older children (with their grown-ups) and teenagers – including mini pool and table football, cardboard construction challenges and film screenings.
